◊ Injector sample loop or sample injection pump
If reqired, prepare the loop a little bigger than estimated separation per run. In case of high volume
(over 10 cc), better to use kind of Pump.
Normally many customers are using 1 ml loop for 80/240 because their injection volume is just 0.1 ~ 0.5 ml.
We have our injector VI-11 with standard loop 20 ul. And variable sample loops are available upon request.
◊ Solvent delivery Pump
Refer pump flow rate and the pump should be covered it.
We have our pump model 214 flow rate 0.1 ~ 50 ml/min for CPC80 and CPC240 use.
◊ Variable wavelength UV-Vis Detector
Prepare wavelength range 195 ~ 400 nm with Prep. Flow cell optical path length 1 ~ 2 ml.
We have our SOMA model S-3702 Variable wavelength VU-Vis Detector.
◊ Fraction collector
Standard type of Fraction collectors with preparative spec. are available to use.
Suitable sample bottles should be prepared by customer.
We have Advantec Fraction Collector model CHF122SC.
